About Norgress Books
Norgress Books is an micro-publishing division of Norgress Corp. Founded in 2020, we publish works by people who have lived something, learned something, or believe something that readers need to hear. Our titles span business, personal development, faith, and beyond — not because we publish everything, but because meaningful ideas do not stay in one lane.Every title we bring to market is selected for one reason: it has something real to say.
What We're Thinking

How We Publish
Norgress Books operates as a boutique hybrid imprint. We cover the majority of publishing costs; authors contribute a modest share of production costs, fully disclosed in writing before any agreement is signed. We select authors basis on the editorial fit of their work and their professional qualifications, not just commercial capacity. Each Norgress title moves through a full production process: developmental review, typesetting, cover design, and print production to trade-quality standards. Authors retain full ownership of their work.

Manuscript Preparation
Norgress provides guidelines to help each author prepare their manuscript for copyediting. These guidelines cover formatting, notes, illustrations, and permissions, and follow Chicago Manual of Style conventions. Your editor will share and discuss them with you at the appropriate stage of production.Throughout production, your editor serves as your primary point of contact, coordinating with our design and production teams on your behalf. We treat manuscript preparation as a collaborative process: authors bring the work, and Norgress Books brings the infrastructure to shape it for publication.

Launch and Promotion
Publishing a book is the first step; reaching readers is the next. A finished manuscript and a well-produced edition matter little if the right readers never find their way to the work.Norgress Books can handle digital marketing, retail and online distribution, publicity outreach, and launch coordination. That includes metadata, advance review copies, online media and podcast outreach, social and email campaigns, and coordination with booksellers ahead of publication date. Specific services are scoped per title and confirmed in your publishing agreement.Authors contribute the voice, expertise, and audience that no publisher can manufacture on its own — and we plan each launch together. Our work on a title does not end at publication.
